NASAL PRECAUTIONS
| 1. | No lifting greater than five pounds |
| 2. | No straining |
| 3. | No bending |
| 4. | Sneeze with your mouth open |
| 5. | No nose blowing |
| 6. | Sleep with your upper body elevated |
| 7. | Do not bend over to tie your shoes - Use slippers or loafers |
| 8. | Cool diet - Liquids or food at room temperature or cooler |
| 9. | Use a cool mist humidifier with a filter |
| 10. | Saline mist nasal spray - Two sprays to each nostril four times each day |
